NextCapital is a fintech company that provides scalable digital advice solutions. The firm specializes in offering low-cost managed advice through investments channels such as IRAs and 401(k)s. NextCapital strives to provide a fully customizable platform to fit their clients' unique needs. 

My journey with NextCapital started in 2018 as a Product Designer, where I worked on improving internal features. Throughout my tenure, I have worked alongside a team of 4 to build out the firm's UX practices. I contributed to establish the design system, led qualitative research for large-scale initiatives, and regularly facilitated design thinking exercises with clients.
